At Root Down Consulting, I value your time and mine. I also understand that farm life is unpredictable. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and respectful of both.

 

Refunds for Services

• Consulting sessions (virtual or on-site):
  Refunds are available for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be charged 50% of the service fee, at my discretion.

• No-shows without notice may be charged the full session rate.

• On-site consulting:
  If travel or lodging expenses have already been incurred at the time of cancellation, those costs may still be billed even if the session is rescheduled or canceled.

 

Refunds for Prepaid Packages

• If you've purchased a multi-session package and choose not to continue after our first session, a pro-rated refund may be offered based on services already rendered and time invested.

 

Emergencies & Exceptions

I understand that emergencies happen — especially on a farm. If something unavoidable comes up, just reach out. I aim to be flexible and fair when life throws a wrench in the works.
